Busy Summer for MLE

The Summer of 2011 has seen My Little Empire support some big names and get a high profile show at The Barfly in Camden.

June saw MLE support Brit-Pop legends Dodgy at The Horn in St Albans in a show that was deemed a hit by all in attendance, and saw the band gain a number of new fans, many of whom were initially more excited to see Dodgy!

1st birthday gig goes down a treat

Friday the 15th April saw My Little Empire's 1st birthday gig at The Horn in St Albans, Herts.

Headlining the night with support from Bones and Sofasonic, MLE rocked through a trademark upbeat set including fan favourites 'I Will Still Be There', 'Bye Bye Baby' and 'Dirty Disco'.

Adding to the party vibe on the night were the 90-strong My Little Empire fans who were in full voice and the party poppers, glow sticks and confetti!

MLE smash the Bull & Gate!

Saturday 26th February saw the latest gig for My Little Empire at the Bull & Gate (Club Fandango) in Kentish Town.

The gig was a big success with a great turn-out of MLE fans (around 90) in attendance. The band rocked through some of their trademark tracks such as 'Dirty Disco' and upcoming single 'I Will Still Be There' and surprised the crowd by playing a couple of new songs to boot.

Landmark month for MLE

January 2011 has been a massive month for MLE, consisting of a video shoot, a radio appearance and 3 gigs!

The re-scheduled video shoot for first single I will still be there was finished on the 23rd of the month at the Amber Rooms, Watford, and was a big success. This came on the back of their first gig of the year at Nambucca on Holloway Road.

Friday the 21st also saw the band interviewed on the BBC Introducing show on 3 Counties radio, where I will still be there opened the programme.
